Elon Musk’s daughter breaks silence after he’s named in Epstein files – confirms rumors

Elon Musk’s estranged daughter has spoken out publicly, offering her perspective on newly released documents connected to Jeffrey Epstein that reference her father.

Last week, millions of previously unreleased files related to the late convicted sex offender were made public. The trove includes emails, messages, photographs, and videos that had not been seen before, and it names numerous high-profile figures—many of whom have denied having any involvement with Epstein. Among those mentioned are President Donald Trump and billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk.

Musk has been vocal in recent months about his support for releasing the Epstein files, and it is important to note that being named in the documents does not imply guilt or criminal wrongdoing.

However, the Department of Justice’s latest release has raised new questions about the extent of Musk’s past interactions with Epstein. The documents include multiple private emails suggesting that the two were acquainted and made several attempts to arrange meetings over the years.

Several of the messages appear to show Musk initiating contact. In an email dated December 13, 2013—five years after Epstein’s conviction for solicitation-related offenses—Musk wrote that his family would be in the British Virgin Islands and St. Barth’s area during the holidays and asked if there was “a good time to visit.”

Epstein replied that any day between January 1 and 8 would work, adding, “Always space for you.” When Musk suggested January 1, Epstein responded that January 2 or 3 would be ideal and offered to come and get him.

The two tentatively set January 2, 2014, for a visit, though it was never confirmed. On New Year’s Eve, Epstein’s assistant, Lesley Groff, emailed him to remind him that Musk had asked about visiting the island on January 2. The following day, Epstein emailed Musk suggesting they meet for lunch after clearing customs in St. Thomas. Musk responded that the logistics would not work.

Additional emails surfaced from November 2012 in which Musk asked Epstein, “What day/night will be the wildest party on your island?” His name also appears in a 2014 calendar entry from Epstein’s estate that reads: “Reminder: Elon Musk to island Dec. 6 (is this still happening?).”

A source close to Musk told the New York Post that Musk never visited Epstein’s island and had “no social relationship whatsoever” with him.

Musk addressed the renewed scrutiny directly on X, writing that he had pushed harder than anyone for the release of the Epstein files. He stated that his correspondence with Epstein was limited and that he declined repeated invitations to visit the island or fly on Epstein’s private jet. He added that he was aware the emails could be taken out of context but said his priority was accountability for those who committed serious crimes.

“I don’t care about attempts to smear my name,” Musk wrote. “What I do care about is that we at least attempt to prosecute those who committed serious crimes with Epstein, especially regarding the horrific exploitation of underage girls.”

Following the release of the emails, Musk’s estranged daughter, Vivian Wilson, weighed in on Threads. Vivian, 21, has had a strained relationship with her father since she came out as transgender in 2020.

In her post, Vivian said she could confirm that the family was in St. Barth’s at the time referenced in the emails, leading her to believe the messages were authentic. She added that she had only recently learned about the emails herself and would share any additional information she could corroborate.

She concluded her post with a blunt reaction to the situation: “Literally what the f**k is my life lol.”
