A woman named Toxii has left social media users speechless after unveiling her dramatic physical transformation over just four years.
A self-described body modification enthusiast, Toxii is now almost entirely covered in tattoos — her upper body completely blacked out with ink. But the ink is only the start of her extreme metamorphosis.
She has had her nose surgically removed, her eyes and tongue tattooed, horn-like implants inserted into her forehead, and even split her tongue down the middle. And in a detail that stunned many — she’s kept the removed body parts preserved in small jars.
Toxii recently posted a before-and-after comparison on Instagram that captured widespread attention. In the 2019 image, she appears with long blonde hair, subtle makeup, and no visible tattoos or modifications — a striking contrast to her current appearance.
Today, she sports jet-black hair, heavy body art, and an array of intense modifications. She frequently shares photos in bold outfits and confidently embraces her new look.
When asked about her motivation, she told The Mirror, “I like to be imperfect, and I think imperfections make you unique.”
Keeping Her Nose in a Jar
With nearly 160,000 followers on Instagram, Toxii was recently featured in an interview with street artist Devon Rodriguez, who asked about the most painful part of her transformation.
“Did those hurt, the ones in the forehead?” he asked, pointing to the horn implants.
“Not at all,” she replied. “I think my nose removal was way worse.”
She explained that the healing process took about eight weeks. Rodriguez then posed the question many were wondering: “Did you keep the nose?”
Without missing a beat, Toxii responded, “I have all my body parts, in little jars.”
Mixed Reactions Online
Toxii’s transformation has sparked an avalanche of reactions online. While some admire her bold self-expression, others are bewildered by the extent of her changes.
“You were so beautiful before,” one person commented.
“What made you do this to yourself?” another asked, while someone else wrote, “Why do you hate yourself?”
Some users voiced concern about the pace of her transformation. “These kinds of changes should be spaced out over time,” one person noted. “Quick decisions like this can lead to regret.”
Others ventured into more extreme territory, speculating that her transformation might be driven by supernatural forces.
“She’s possessed, clearly,” one commenter claimed. “This has poltergeist written all over it.”
Another chimed in, “There’s no reason for this much body modification unless there’s something darker behind it.”
Embracing Her Identity
Despite the backlash and bizarre theories, Toxii remains unapologetically herself. She continues to showcase her look and celebrate her journey of self-discovery.
As her transformation sparks ongoing debate, one thing remains undeniable: she’s fully committed to living her truth, no matter how unconventional.
So what do you think — is Toxii’s transformation a powerful act of self-expression, or does it point to deeper questions about the limits of body modification? Sound off in the comments and join the conversation.
