A woman named Toxii has left social media users speechless after unveiling her dramatic physical transformation over just four years.
A self-described body modification enthusiast, Toxii is now almost entirely covered in tattoos — her upper body completely blacked out with ink. But the ink is only the start of her extreme metamorphosis.
She has had her nose surgically removed, her eyes and tongue tattooed, horn-like implants inserted into her forehead, and even split her tongue down the middle. And in a detail that stunned many — she’s kept the removed body parts preserved in small jars.
Toxii recently posted a before-and-after comparison on Instagram that captured widespread attention. In the 2019 image, she appears with long blonde hair, subtle makeup, and no visible tattoos or modifications — a striking contrast to her current appearance.

“Did those hurt, the ones in the forehead?” he asked, pointing to the horn implants.
“Not at all,” she replied. “I think my nose removal was way worse.”
She explained that the healing process took about eight weeks. Rodriguez then posed the question many were wondering: “Did you keep the nose?”
Without missing a beat, Toxii responded, “I have all my body parts, in little jars.”
