People Call Her Paedophile For Marrying ”10-year-old”: Now They’re Having Triplets

In a world where love should transcend appearances and judgment, why do we still let superficial biases cast shadows over genuine connections?

Lauren Kaye, 31, believed she had found her soulmate in Hannah, 29. But when they exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony last summer, their happiness was quickly marred by cruel comments and unfounded accusations.

The British couple had envisioned their wedding as a celebration of love, yet online trolls took it upon themselves to turn their joyous occasion into a target for mockery. Among the most hurtful remarks, some even accused Lauren of being a ‘paedophile’ simply due to Hannah’s youthful appearance.

Rising Above the Hate

Despite the relentless criticism, Lauren remains unwavering. At 31, she has learned to rise above negativity, handling the remarks with grace and resilience.

“I take it with a pinch of salt. I ignore it. I am a very calm person, and the comments online don’t bother me,” she told The Mirror.

However, what does bother her is the reaction of strangers in real life. When they are out together, people often look past Hannah and mistakenly assume Lauren is her mother.

“It does bother me,” Lauren admits, highlighting the frustration of being judged based on appearances alone.

Living Under Scrutiny

Hannah, 29, frequently faces mistaken identity issues. Whether making age-restricted purchases or receiving home deliveries, she’s often asked to prove her age.

“It does bother me being compared to a child when I’m with Lauren because, of course, that would make our relationship entirely inappropriate. Though, I would always take being called a child over being called a paedophile,” Hannah shared.

Critics have even suggested she change her wardrobe to avoid such remarks, but Hannah refuses to conform.

“It’s 2025. Having a ‘butch partner’ isn’t exactly obscure. It’s nothing I should feel compelled to hide,” she said firmly.

A Love That Grows

Lauren and Hannah’s love story began two years ago on Tinder, and their relationship has only strengthened over time. Just seven months after Lauren proposed in January 2024, the couple exchanged vows at a registry office in Surrey, U.K.

Their dreams extend beyond marriage—they are on a journey to parenthood. Opting for IVF in Cyprus, the couple was overjoyed to learn they were expecting triplets on their first attempt.

Lauren, already a mother to an 11-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter from a previous relationship, is eager to embrace motherhood again.

“I can’t wait to do it again, but this time with a supportive partner by my side,” she expressed.

Embracing the Future

The pregnancy has been progressing well, with Lauren sharing glimpses of her journey on Instagram.

“I woke up to the triplets wiggling away (after they kept me up with heartburn most of the bloody night!),” she posted.

The couple has planned a C-section delivery and is preparing for their growing family. However, their journey has not been without challenges. After Hannah lost her job and with the triplets at risk of premature birth, they turned to their online community for support.

Encouraged by followers, they launched a GoFundMe campaign to help with hospital expenses and other necessities. Though Lauren was initially hesitant, the overwhelming outpouring of support convinced them to move forward with the fundraiser.

Grateful for the kindness extended to them—even from unexpected sources—the couple is looking ahead with hope and excitement.

A Love That Won’t Be Derailed

While online trolls continue to spread negativity, Lauren and Hannah remain focused on building a loving home for their soon-to-arrive triplets. Their story is one of resilience, proving that love is stronger than judgment.
