Actress Candace Cameron Bure found herself amidst a storm of criticism following the posting of a picture featuring her and her husband, Valeri Bure. The image captured a moment where Valeri playfully kissed Candace’s cheek while his hand rested on her breast.
Accompanying the photo was Candace's caption, dubbing the moment as “Sweet and spicy,” marking the celebration of their 24 years of marriage.
Despite the wave of disapproval, Candace stood her ground, taking to her Instagram story to address the criticism head-on. Specifically, she directed her response to her Christian followers who deemed the image inappropriate.
