Anastasia Pokreshchuk, a 33-year-old Ukrainian model, has transitioned from a conventional-looking young woman with a minimalist appearance to someone with a highly contoured face. Of all the cosmetic procedures she has undergone, the majority have been focused on her cheeks. Anastasia began altering her face with plastic surgery and various injections at the age of 26. If you knew her back then, you might not recognize her now. She proudly claims to have "the world's biggest cheeks."
Last year, Anastasia posted on Instagram, presenting her followers with a choice between her previous appearance and her current look. She included two photos: one from before she began her procedures and another taken six years later. The caption of the post read, "Transformation – 26 and 32. Who will you choose?"
The post garnered 22,000 likes. Many people expressed support for her, embracing her unique look. "Beautiful then and now," one person commented, while another follower wrote, "Beautiful girl."
The Critics Speak Out
Despite the positive feedback, not everyone appreciates Anastasia's extreme transformation. The 33-year-old model acknowledges that she has faced harsh criticism from some individuals. However, she dismisses negative comments with a laugh. "I've had people tell me I am an ugly b***h and that I should kill myself, but when I see it, I just laugh it off and ignore it," Anastasia said.
One particularly negative comment on her transformation post read, "You used to look normal, now you look like something from a horror movie." Another commenter believed she looked better before her cheek procedures and suggested she revert to her previous appearance. "Go back to your old face – you were very beautiful," they wrote.

Anastasia began receiving cosmetic procedures on her face at the age of 26, spending thousands of British pounds solely on fillers. Her lips and cheeks have been dramatically enlarged, becoming the defining features of her unique face. "After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them," she said. "I understand that they look weird to other people, but I don't mind."

Her Instagram page has amassed a following of 82,000 people. She uses the platform to keep her fans updated on any upcoming procedures. Speaking to The Sun, Anastasia once said, "You may think that they are too big, but I think they're a little bit small. I need to refresh them again soon."
Recently, she underwent another filler session to make her cheeks even bigger than before. She documented the entire procedure on social media and later proudly showcased her new look at a shopping mall. "I love them," Anastasia told The Sun. "I want them to look like this, and I'm very happy. Regularly, I inject other parts of my face myself."
